These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all purchases of products sold under the Company’s trademarks (the “Products”) through https://www.MdFbeauty.com (the “Website”), and apply exclusively to consumers purchasing for private, non-commercial use. 8.0 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
Consumers within the European Union may cancel their purchase within 30 calendar days from the date the Products are received. Returned items must: be unused, be returned in their original packaging, include all accessories and accompanying materials, Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products.
