TERMS & CONDITIONS [EUROPE]

1.0 COMPANY INFORMATION
Gatac Group Ltd (the “Company”) is incorporated under the laws of Mauritius and registered at 35 Cybercity, Level 3, Alexander House, Ebene 72201, Mauritius, under company number C217124. The Company operates in the development, manufacture, branding, and sale of cosmetics, personal care, and related products. 2.0 SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all purchases of products sold under the Company’s trademarks (the “Products”) through https://www.MdFbeauty.com (the “Website”), and apply exclusively to consumers purchasing for private, non-commercial use. The Website is operated by the Company and is intended for customers located in selected territories, including but not limited to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding the Åland Islands), France (excluding certain overseas territories), Germany, Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding certain islands), Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands (excluding overseas territories), Poland, Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands), the United States, Mexico, and Australia. Delivery may not be available to all regions within these countries. The version of the Terms in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order. By completing a purchase, customers confirm their acceptance of these Terms. Unless otherwise specified, prices are displayed and charged in EUR, GBP, or USD. These Terms should be read together with the Website’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy, which together form the complete contractual framework.

3.0 PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all product information, imagery, ingredients, and descriptions presented on the Website are accurate and current. Minor inaccuracies or typographical errors may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final delivered item due to screen or production variations. All Products are subject to availability. If an item cannot be supplied after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified and refunded in full.

4.0 ORDERING PRODUCTS

4.1 GENERAL
Products offered on the Website are intended solely for personal use by end consumers. Purchasing Products for resale or commercial purposes is not permitted. To place an order, customers must: be legally permitted to enter into a contract, provide complete and accurate information, use an accepted payment method. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where information is incomplete or inaccurate, where a previous payment dispute exists, or where the order breaches these Terms.

4.2 ORDER PROCESS
Orders are placed through the following steps: selecting Products, reviewing and adjusting the shopping cart, completing checkout and payment, receiving order confirmation by email, receiving dispatch notification. A contract of sale is concluded once the Company issues an order confirmation email without reservation.

5.0 PRICES
Product prices are shown in EUR, GBP, or USD and include applicable taxes, except where otherwise indicated (including certain U.S. transactions). Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed prior to order confirmation. The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

6.0 PAYMENT
The Website accepts various payment methods, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and other options displayed at checkout. Ownership of the Products transfers to the customer only once full payment has been successfully received by the Company.

7.0 DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout, subject to delivery availability in the selected region. Delivery timelines are indicative only. The Company is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control. Customers must report any missing, incorrect, or damaged items within five (5) business days of delivery.

8.0 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
Consumers within the European Union may cancel their purchase within 30 calendar days from the date the Products are received. Returned items must: be unused, be returned in their original packaging, include all accessories and accompanying materials, Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products. Certain items, including products sealed for hygiene reasons once opened, may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

9.0 LEGAL WARRANTY (EU)
Products are covered by the mandatory legal conformity warranty under EU law (Directives 2019/771 and 2019/770), for a minimum period of two (2) years from delivery.

10.0 PERSONAL DATA
All personal data is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

11.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights relating to the Website, Products, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to the Company. No rights are granted beyond personal, non-commercial use.

12.0 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence. EU consumers may also access the Online Dispute Resolution platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
