CAN I USE MdF IF I'M PREGNANT?
Our formulas are designed with skin health in mind and do not contain ingredients typically restricted during pregnancy. That said, sensitivities can change during this time. We suggest checking individual product ingredients and speaking with your doctor or midwife if you have any concerns.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Scan to pay, Payflex, Pay by Bank (EFT), ZeroPay, Float, Happy Pay, Pay by Crypto and Apple Pay.
CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?
Every order placed on MdFbeauty.com ships in a gift box with signature MdF packaging.
WHERE CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?
Gift Cards purchased on MdFbeauty.com can only be used towards online orders and are not redeemable in stores.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and require the original order number. You have the choice of refunding to the original payment method or MdF Gift Card. All returns exclude shipping and any discounts applied at checkout. Returns are accepted only for purchases made on MdFbeauty.com. Items bought from retail partners must be returned directly to them. You can complete a return online here — just have your original order number handy.
